2012 Road and XC season ending while CX is just beginning!
It has been a long time since the last team update. The mountain bike team has had a fantastic season so far with Ben Schreiber currently sitting in the top spot overall Cat 2 (Comp) and only 2 races left. One the road Nick Sabel was able to finish 5th in the State Road Race Championship and 3rd in the State Criterium Championship for Cat 3. Last weekend was the opening race for CX in Sheboygan and Team FDL Cyclery started on a good note with Randy Wegener finishing first in the Cat 4 Masters race. We are looking forward to having a great cyclocross season and hope to keep the site up to date with whats going on.
Team Fond du Lac Cyclery February 05, 2012 POLICE UNITY TOUR WISCONSIN RIDERS SPINATHON
This year marks the 16th year of the Police Unity Tour and it will be the 5th year the Wisconsin Riders team will participate. Our team consists of officers from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, West Bend Police Department, Jackson Police Department, Hartford Police Department and Wisconsin State Patrol. We have recently added members from the Fox Valley Metro Police Department and Fond du Lac Police Department. This year our team will be riding in honor of Fond du Lac Police Department Officer Craig Birkholz who was killed in the line of duty on March 20, 2011. January 13, 2012 ICE RACE CANCELLED
Due to poor ice conditions the ice race on January 28, 2012 will be cancelled.
Team Fond du Lac Cyclery January 08, 2012 ICE RACE January 28, 2012 Checkpoint race on lake Winnebago. Four checkpoints weather pending must drink a beer at each checkpoint rootbeer is the N/A option. Race starts at 10:00am from Fishermans Road. Entry fee is $15.00. January 05, 2012 MS SPIN 2012
